Daylight savings time

This morning was truly the first time I enjoyed daylight savings time. When I used to work for the Auto & RV magazine I had to leave the house a little after 6 in the morning, and drive 45 minutes one way. After a long winter it was always nice to see the sun coming up while I was driving… and than daylight savings time hits… first off you lose an hour of sleep… and on top of that the whole drive to work is dark… again!

Just within the last few weeks we have started feeding Emma 4 times a day, down from the 6 we previously were doing. First feeding at 7… next at 11… 3… than 7. With Anna going to school at noon, the 11 o’clock was starting to get a little crazy… with getting Anna’s lunch ready too.

So times changed… and Jenn and I decided to make her first meal at 8, noon, than 4… and we’re going to stay with 7 for the last one…

This morning, thank you daylight savings time, I got to sleep in until 7:45… so nice. This will be rare because most days Anna is here by 7… but every minute counts.

Emma finding her toes

… look who found her toes yesterday… I love watching her learn and grow, it’s so amazing.
