Emma crawling for the first time
I have read/heard that crawling is no longer a major milestone… to whomever came to that conclusion, I would like to inform them that they are full of crap! When my baby girl crawled for the first time yesterday afternoon I felt so much excitement and pure joy to be witnessing this achievement…
Up to that point she has been getting around by scooting on her butt… and quite efficiently at that. I’m so happy Jenn was home to witness it… as did her mom and Anna… we were all talking and Jenn and I caught it out of our peripherals, she was crawling toward my feet, and it was one of those moments of “Did you just see that?” Lucky for us she was willing to show us all again… I just love watching her grow and develop.
I guess that makes clapping like so last month.
